We provide door-to-door support — not just transport, but a calm, capable companion. Whether by foot, public transport, or a car service, we make sure the journey is smooth, the destination is reached on time, and the experience is pleasant.
Includes:
- Safe accompaniment to and from appointments or errands
- Escorting clients inside buildings (clinic rooms, waiting areas, etc.)
- Remaining with the client throughout the visit (when needed)
- Return home support and settling in after outings
Managing Shopping Lists & Groceries
From groceries to toiletries and personal shopping, we assist with preparing a list, navigating shops, and even unpacking items at home. Clients are welcome to come along or have us shop on their behalf.

- Carrying bags, checking use-by dates, and reading labels
